We gladly accept returns on full-priced US orders within 15 days of your delivery date.
All international orders are final. We do not accept any type of return for orders outside of the US.
Return items must be received in their original new condition and include all packaging.
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size or color, please place a new order once your return is complete.
Return shipping is at your own expense. Please use a tracking number so you can confirm delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
All items on sale are final and cannot be returned.
If the above requirements are met, we will refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving your item.
START A RETURN
1. To initiate your return, send an email to email@example.com (subject line: Return) within 15 days of your order’s delivery date. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
2. We will send you a RMA number. Please write "IDONTMIND - Returns" and your RMA number clearly and visibly on the outside of your return envelope/package. Returns that do not have this information written on the outside of the package will not be processed or returned.
3. Mail your envelope/package to the address below:

Returns that meet the guidelines above will be refunded back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of delivery. Returns received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
If an item you receive is defective or damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject. It's helpful if you include photos of damaged item. We will work with you to get a replacement in your hands ASAP or issue a refund for any missing or incorrect items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
