The Sunshine Tee

The Sunshine Tee is our second design from one of our IDONTMIND followers! Available in a Crew and LS Tee. Here’s a look into who she is:

HANNAH BERRETT (SHE/HER)

Age: 20 | Midway, Utah

Hannah is currently studying Psychology at the University of Utah. She has worked in a research lab for the past two years studying how mental health stigma affects people’s decisions and behavior, which has been one the highlights of her education. This year she is working on her thesis which studies how social influence relates to mental health stigma and help-seeking behavior. Her favorite thing to do is read, play guitar, paint, draw, or play her Discover Weekly playlist on Spotify!

What gives you hope about mental health in the future?
"Something that gives me hope is the fact that we have organizations like IDONTMIND helping educate people on mental health and mental wellness. My research has a lot to do with studying across micro-generations and it is very interesting to see just how much more recent generations are more likely to educate themselves on mental health and in return seek out mental health services when necessary. I cannot stress how important it is to ask for help when you are struggling with mental health, there will always be someone to help and answer your questions."

What is the inspiration behind your tee design?
"The inspiration behind my tee design shows how we cannot have our sunny and flowery days without the rainy/dark days in the first place. Better and sunnier days are ahead!"
