Eleni Valavanis (she/her)
Age: 24 | Broomall, Pennsylvania
Eleni (Len or Leni) is a big Phillies baseball fan! She loves to unwind by hiking or reading and is a huge mental health advocate — planning for her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
What gives you hope about mental health in the future?
"Acceptance. Understanding mental health as an aspect of overall wellness could be the key to decreasing the stigma against it. The beautiful minds behind IDONTMIND, fighting for exactly that, is what gives me the most hope for the future."
What is the inspiration behind your tee design?
"Music is such a huge part of my everyday life, and exists to cater to and influence our thoughts and emotions, and what better way to show that than with a variation of a Spotify playlist? The design shows the idea that life and mental health isn’t linear and has many ups and downs."
